Motoman HP50-20 Overview
The Yaskawa Motoman HP50-20 is a 6-axis robot featuring an extended reach of 3,106 mm. Its reach allows the HP-50-20 to work with large parts without the need for external axis tracks. This streamlines robotic workcell configurations, reduces the overall system cost, and can simplify programming. The long reach of the HP50.20 is unlike any articulated robot in its class. This used Motoman robot is the long reach version of the popular Motoman HP50.The Yaskawa Motoman HP/50-20 has a payload capacity of up to 20 kg, making it ideal for processing small to medium sized parts. The HP5020 can handle multiple applications including robotic welding, automated dispensing, robotic coating, and automated material removal. The HP50/20 offers exceptional performance with fast operating speeds for complete manufacturing optimization. Users can depend on the Yaskawa Motoman HP/50/20 as it features outstanding reliability with an average of 62,000 hours MTBF (mean time between failures).
The Yaskawa Motoman HP 50-20 is compatible with the advanced NX100 controller. The NX100 controller can operate up to four HP.50.20 robots simultaneously. With multi-robot control capabilities, the NX100 controller reduces the cost of integration, prevents the risk of robot collisions, and minimizes the number of components for multiple robot configurations. This secondhand Motoman robot is similar in reach and payload to the FANUC M710ic/20L and the ABB 4600-20/2.50. This six axis robot is the predecessor to the Motoman MH50-20.
For those looking to automate large part manufacturing processes, the Yaskawa Motoman HP-50/20 NX100 is an ideal choice. This dynamic industrial robot will reduce cycle times and increase productivity.
