FANUC LR Mate 200id/14L Overview
The FANUC LR Mate 200iD/14L expands upon the success of the LR Mate robot series. This six axis robot features the longest reach and highest payload capacity of the LR Mate robots. Its reach of 911 mm and payload of 14 kg can support a range of robotic applications. The FANUC Lr Mate 200id 14L is a longer reach, heavier payload version of the FANUC Lr Mate 200id. The LR Mate 200iD-14L only weights 27 kg and maintains a compact design despite featuring double the load capacity of its closest predecessor, the FANUC LR Mate 200ic/5L. This industrial robot is available in the FANUC R-30ib Plus controller.The higher payload capacity of the LR Mate 200iD/14-L makes it ideal for automating compact assembly lines. Other applications that can be automated with the FANUC LR Mate 200id/14/L include automated machine tending, robotic dispensing, material removal automation and , robotic part transfer. Its slim configuration allows for manufacturers to automate applications even where space is limited. This FANUC little robot is similar in reach and payload capacity to the ABB IRB 1410, Motoman MH12 and the KUKA KR10 R900.
The LR Mate 200iD14L is quite durable with an IP67 protected arm that comes standard. This allows the LR Mate 200/iD/14L to be able to operate around liquids, high dust, and humidity without compromising its performance. Its multiple mounting options include floor, overhead, and wall which allow for easy integration along production lines, inside workcells, or inside machines. End-effector services are integrated into the arm of the LR Mate 200/iD-14L for better cable protection, easier maintenance, and increased reliability. Applications requiring a longer reach will want to use the FANUC M10ia instead. Robotic applications that do not require the extended reach will want to use the standard FANUC Lr Mate 200id.
