FANUC LR Mate 200ic/5L Overview
The FANUC LR Mate 200ic/5L is a smaller payload, longer reach industrial robot used to perform automated material handling, robotic assembly, and automated deburring applications. The LR Mate 200ic/5L uses the FANUC R-30ia controller. LR Mate 200ic 5L has an extended work envelope over the standard FANUC Lr Mate 200ic making it optimal for longer reach tabletop applications. The LRMate 200ic 5L is an optimal choice for laboratory and cleanroom applications. While FANUC LR Mate 200ic/5L is very similar to its predecessor in design and layout, the 200IC/5L is much faster and has a higher payload capacity than the FANUC LR Mate 200IB/3L.This six axis robot has a payload of 5 KG and a reach of 892 MM. This low payload robot is similar in payload and reach to the ABB 140, KUKA Kr 6 R900, and the Motoman MH5. Robotic applications requiring more reach or payload should use the FANUC M10ia instead. Shorter reach applications can use the standard 200ic instead. This used FANUC robot can also be used for robotic pick and place and automated inspection.
