FANUC M-410ic/315 Overview

The FANUC M-410iC/315 is a 4-axis robot designed specifically for heavy payload robot palletizing. This robot features a reach of 3,143 mm and a maximum payload capacity of 315 kg. The larger vertical work envelope of the M/410iC/315 allows for full optimization of palletizing applications with the ability to stack pallets up to 2 meters in height. This FANUC robot can also be used in robotic assembly, automated pick and place, and robotic parts transfer applications. Highers motion speeds and a longer reach make this 4 axis robot more optimal for palletizing than traditional six axis robots.

Large robot grippers can be integrated with the FANUC M-410iC.315 with its high wrist movements and inertia. It is also capable of operating at its maximum speed and payload simultaneously, increasing throughput for even heavy lifting tasks. The wrist features a hollow design for easy EOAT wiring and the ability to integrate a servo driven gripper. Cabling is internalized through the arm and wrist. This prevents cable interference during operation as well as extend cable life.

The m-410ic/315 provides flexible installation with two base options available. This industrial robot may be mounted to a robot riser to elevate its work envelope. Space is saved with the riser base since the controller can be stored underneath the robot. The second option is a compact base to accommodate low ceiling work environments. While very similar to its predecessor the M-410ib/300, this FANUC palletizing robot has a higher payload and lighter mechanical weight, reducing cycle times

The FANUC R-30iB and R-30ib Plus controllers and their variants can be paired with the M410iC-315 for advanced programming. FANUC’s robot vision may also be integrated with the M/410iC-315 for enhanced operation and flexibility.
