FANUC Arc Mate 120iC/10L Overview

The FANUC Arc Mate 120iC/10L is a longer reach industrial robot designed for welding automation, robotic laser cutting, and robotic plasma welding. The FANUC 120iC10L is used in many arc welding scenarios due to extended reach of 2009MM. The 120iC 10L can perform robotic welding applications in on a standard welding table or integrated with a positioner. Integrating this used fanuc welding robot with a track can allow it to weld long workpieces like trailers or storage tanks. The FANUC Arcmate 120iC-10L is available in the FANUC R30ia and FANUC R30ib controllers. While similar to its predecessor the ArcMate 120ib/10L , the 120iC 10L has a hollow wrist allowing for internal cables, creating greater flexibility, durability and motion range. The mechanical unit part number for this articulated robot is A05B-1222-B301. The controller for the R-30ia version of this six axis robot has a part number of A05B-2549-B255. This FANUC robot is similar in payload and reach to the ABB IRB 2600-12, the KUKA KR 16 and the Motoman MA2010. Integrating a used FANUC Arcmate 120ic 10L into a welding application is a great way to maximize productivity.
