Motoman Ma2010

Yaskawa Motoman MA2010 Overview

The Yaskawa Motoman MA2010 is an extended reach industrial robot designed for arc welding applications. The Motoman MA 2010 welding robot has integrated cables that reduce the risk of damage resulting in less long term maintenance. The Yaskawa MA2010 is available with the advanced Motoman DX200 controller. Using the Yaskawa DX200 controller this robot can operate alongside multiple units in compact workcells. The MA-2010 has the same composition as the Yaskawa MH24 with a lower payload due to the extended reach. This industrial robot is similar in payload and reach to the FANUC Arcmate 120ic/10L and the ABB IRB 2600/12. This Yaskawa robot is the successor to the very popular Motoman MA1900. The increased reach allows for this used welding robots to have maximum flexibility in welding applications. In addition to MIG welding and TIG welding, the Motoman MA-2010 robot can be outfitted with a cold metal transfer (CMT) or plasma welding source. The Used Motoman MA2010 can also be integrated into Motoman Arcworld welding cells for a turnkey welding package.
