Motoman HP200

Motoman HP200

Motoman HP200 Overview

The Motoman HP200 is a higher payload industrial robot used in many material handling and palletizing applications. The Motoman HP200 NX100 is the material handling version of the Motoman ES200N. This used industrial robot was a predecessor to the Yaskawa Motoman MH215. This robot uses the powerful Motoman NX100 controller. This used Yaskawa robot is similar in payload and reach to the FANUC R-2000ib 210F, ABB IRB 6640-205 and the KUKA KR210-2. The HP200 NX100 has to be floor mounted due to its mechanical weight and counter balance. Ceiling mount (Motoman HP200T) and shelf mount (Motoman HP200R) versions are available. The Yaskawa HP200 offers high accuracy, a large work envelope, and a heavy payload of 200 KG. A used Motoman HP-200 can be integrated with a robotic spot welder or custom end of arm tooling to fit the need of many applications.
