KUKA KR30-L16-2 Overview

The KUKA KR30-L16-2 is an extending reach industrial robot that can be used for laser welding and plasma cutting applications. The KUKA KR30 L16 is operated by either the KUKA KR C2 Ed05 controller or KUKA KRC4 controller. This used KUKA robot has different variations that can be mounted to the floor or ceiling. This medium payload KUKA robot is similar in reach and payload to the FANUC M-710ic/20L, Motoman MH50-20 and the ABB IRB 4400-L30. This robot is designed to use the KUKA KRP2 and KUKA KRP4 teach pendants, depending on the controller type. The KR-30-L16-2 can also be used in assembly , pick and place, laser cutting, arc welding, polishing and drilling applications.
