FANUC R-2000id/165FH Overview
The FANUC R-2000iD/165FH is part of the latest generation of FANUC R-2000i robots. This 6-axis robot features a reach of 2,605 mm and a payload capacity of 165 kg. It is a multipurpose robot capable of numerous applications including robotic material handling and automated spot welding. Its payload capacity makes the R-2000iD-165FH ideal for automating heavy payload applications.Several improvements have been made to the FANUC R-2000iD-165-FH in order to build upon the success of its predecessors. The R/2000iD/165-FH features a hollow arm for complete internal cable routing. Internal cable routing is ideal for any application requiring process cables as it prevents snagging and interference with peripheral equipment. Internalizing the cables reduces maintenance and extends cable life by preventing wear and tear. The cables are made accessible through wide openings along the robot manipulator arm for easy maintenance. The R2000iD/165FH can also freely operate in dense production layouts due to its hollow arm construction.
This articulated robot is the successor to the FANUC R2000ic/165F. The FANUC R-2000iD.165FH also features a smaller footprint than previous R-2000i robots. The installation area for the R2000iD165FH has been reduced by 23%, allowing for easier integration. The reduced footprint of the R2000iD-165FH makes it suitable for production floors with limited space without sacrificing on payload or reach. This FANUC robot uses the R-30ib Plus controller. This industrial robot is similar in payload and reach to the ABB IRB 6700-155/2.85, KUKA KR 150, and Motoman MH165.
