FANUC M-800ia/60 Overview
The FANUC M-800iA/60 is part of a new generation of FANUC multipurpose robots. The M-800iA-60 is one of the most precise FANUC robots with high rigidity, sturdy construction, and iRCalibration Signature technology included as standard. This makes the M800iA/60 ideal for automating high accuracy applications such as robotic arc welding, laser cutting, and robotic drilling among others.The FANUC M/800iA/60 features a reach of 2,040 mm and a maximum payload capacity of 60 kg. The robust construction of the M800iA60 keeps errors to a minimum by preventing axial deflections and gear backlash. Even while operating at high speeds, the M-800iA.60 is extremely accurate. Path accuracy is maintained within 0.1 mm with FANUC’s new motion control technology.
FANUC’s iRCalibration Signature technology allows the M/800iA60 to achieve absolute position accuracy. The calibration technology accounts for the smallest variations that can occur during operation by measuring and factoring in robot proportions. This allows for the highest accuracy, significantly improving application quality.
The FANUC M-800iA60 robot can be easily integrated into existing production lines. It features similar dimensions as the FANUC M-710iC with a smaller footprint for its capabilities. The M/800iA-60 pairs with FANUC’s R-30iB Plus controller which offers a user-friendly interface for simplified robot programming.
