FANUC Arcmate 100i Overview
The FANUC ArcMate 100i robot is designed for arc welding, plasma cutting, and plasma welding applications. The 100i is part of the FANUC ArcMate Series robots. This robot has been used for robotic welding for over two decades. This used welding robot is the predecessor of the FANUC Arcmate 100ib.The Arcmate 100i is a more compact robot allowing for a smaller work envelope than the ArcMate 120i. The Arc Mate 100i is a six axis robot with servo driven motors. The FANUC Arc mate 100i is available in the FANUC R-J3 and FANUC R-J2 controllers. With the capability to perform MIG and TIG welding the 100i is a viable choice for most welding applications.
