FANUC M-16i Overview
The FANUC M-16i robot is designed for machine loading, material handling, and material removal applications. The 16i is part of the FANUC M Series robots. This robot has been used in production for over two decades. This used material handling robot is the predecessor of the FANUC M-16ib. The M16i has a larger work envelope than the M-6i. The FANUC M16 is a six axis robot with servo driven motors. The FANUC M 16i is available in the FANUC R-J3 and FANUC R-J2 controllers. With the capability to perform MIG and TIG welding the M-16i is a viable choice for most welding applications with the additional of welding software.
