FANUC S-430iR Overview
The FANUC S-430iR is a larger payload, shelf mount robot that is used in many spot welding and robotic material handling applications. The S-430iR is the predecessor to the FANUC R2000ia 165R. This FANUC robot uses the FANUC R-J3 controller. In addition to the above mentioned applications, the S430ir can also be used for machine tending, injection molding, cutting, and parts transfer. The standard version of this robot has a payload of 165 KG. Variations of this model include the S-430iR/130, S430ir/PHT(High torque model), and S-430ir/PHS(High speed model).
